General provisions
- These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the RevoMemo website available at revomemo.com and the web application available at app.revomemo.com.
- The service provider, operator of the Service, and person responsible for conducting the beta tests is Bartosz Różowski, a natural person acting under the RevoMemo project name who does not currently conduct a registered business. Contact regarding the Service is available through the contact form in the Service and by e-mail at contact@revomemo.com.
- RevoMemo is currently made available as a product beta. The scope of features, limits, and availability of individual parts of the Service may be adjusted as the product develops.
- Participation in the current beta is free of charge and does not require payment card details. RevoMemo plans to introduce a paid plan after testing; its prices and terms will be presented before payments are launched.
- RevoMemo is an application that supports vocabulary and language learning through flashcards, spaced repetition, and content generation features using AI tools.
- These Terms constitute terms for the provision of electronic services and define the rules for concluding and performing agreements concerning digital services and digital content available in RevoMemo.
- If the user is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, these Terms do not exclude or limit any rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
Definitions
- Application - the RevoMemo web application available at app.revomemo.com.
- Website - the informational service available at revomemo.com.
- User - a natural person using RevoMemo.
- Account - the User's individual account in RevoMemo.
- Free Plan - the free plan for using RevoMemo.
- Pro Plan - the paid subscription plan for RevoMemo.
- Subscription - paid, renewable access to the Pro Plan for a monthly or yearly period.
- User Materials - all content added, submitted, saved, edited, or generated by the User in RevoMemo, including flashcards, prompts, notes, reports, and other content.
- Service - digital services provided by RevoMemo, including Account management, flashcard storage, flashcard learning, editing features, analytics, the AI generator, and handling of Subscriptions.
Technical requirements and account
- To use RevoMemo, the User needs:
- The User may create an Account:
- The User must provide true and up-to-date data and protect access to the Account.
- The User may not share the Account with third parties.
- RevoMemo may temporarily limit access to the Service due to maintenance, security, or development of the Service.

- through e-mail login or registration, - through a magic link or one-time code sent by e-mail, - through login with a Google account.
Free Plan and Pro Plan features
- RevoMemo operates in a freemium model.
- In the Free Plan, the User may use basic flashcard learning, provided that:
- In the Pro Plan, the User receives access to:
- The current detailed scope of Free and Pro features, prices, discounts, limits, and promotions is presented on the Website or in the Application and may change.
- If the feature scope described on the Website, in the Application, and in these Terms differs only because of marketing content updates, the current feature description shown directly in the purchase or activation process is binding.
- the daily limit for issuing flashcards is up to 10 cards, - the User has no access to the following pages and features: generator-ai, flashcards-editor, analytics, - the User has no access to advanced card editing, advanced progress analytics, or AI generation of new cards.
- the full daily learning volume, - the AI generator, - the flashcard editor, - advanced analytics, - other features currently indicated on the Website or in the Application.
Pro Subscription
- The Pro Plan is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription.
- The Subscription renews automatically for the next billing period unless the User disables automatic renewal before the end of the current period.
- Disabling automatic renewal means that the Pro Plan remains active until the end of the paid subscription period.
- After the paid period expires and the Subscription is not renewed, the Account returns to Free Plan features.
- Ending a Pro Subscription does not delete the Account and does not remove the User's saved flashcards.
- Subscription payments are processed by the external payment provider Stripe.
- Payment confirmation and, where required by law or sales settings, the relevant accounting document are provided in accordance with applicable law and the payment process.
AI content and limitations of generated results
- RevoMemo uses artificial intelligence tools, including solutions provided by external providers, to generate flashcards, example sentences, supporting content, and audio.
- RevoMemo aims to provide high-quality materials, but does not guarantee that every generated result will be 100% correct, complete, error-free, adequate for the learning goal, or free from inaccuracies.
- Generated content is supportive and educational in nature. The User should independently assess its usefulness, especially before using it in exam, professional, formal, or high-risk contexts.
- RevoMemo applies its own content restrictions and filters, including restrictions concerning profanity, proper names, religion, and other controversial content in the vocabulary used as a basis for generation.
- RevoMemo may block, limit, or reject prompts, content, and reports that conflict with law, good practices, Service security, or the policies of external providers.
Complaints about AI-generated flashcards and audio
- If a generated flashcard, sentence, translation, example, or audio is clearly defective, low quality, inconsistent with the declared purpose of the feature, or useless for the typical purpose of that feature, the User may report that content for complaint or correction through the function available in the Application or by e-mail.
- RevoMemo will first attempt to correct, regenerate, or replace the disputed result free of charge.
- If correction or regeneration proves impossible, disproportionate, or ineffective despite a reasonable number of attempts, RevoMemo may grant the User another proportionate compensation.
- For audio, RevoMemo may regenerate the recording multiple times until a correct or sufficiently useful result is obtained, without additionally charging the User.
- Editing a flashcard by the User does not exclude the right to report a defect, but RevoMemo may consider the scope of changes when assessing the report.
Rights to content
- The User retains rights to their User Materials to the extent provided by applicable law.
- To the extent necessary to provide the Service, the User grants RevoMemo a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, territorially unlimited license to store, process, display, technically copy, analyze, and use User Materials only for the purpose of:
- To the extent permitted by applicable law and provided that the content does not infringe third-party rights, the User may use generated flashcards and materials for their own learning and educational purposes.
- RevoMemo does not transfer to the User any rights to its own software, interface, functional database, trademarks, logos, or other elements belonging to RevoMemo or its licensors.
- providing the Service, - improving RevoMemo quality, - handling complaints, - ensuring security and legal compliance.
Prohibited actions
- The User may not:
- RevoMemo may issue a warning, limit features, block the Account, or terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
- use RevoMemo unlawfully, - infringe third-party rights, - bypass technical limits, security measures, or the paywall, - automatically scrape data or overload the Service, - submit unlawful, offensive, hateful content or content that violates privacy or copyrights, - use RevoMemo to create harmful, fraudulent, or AI-provider-policy-violating content.
Withdrawal, cancellation, and refunds
- If the User is a consumer or an entrepreneur with consumer rights, the User may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days unless a statutory exception applies in a given case.
- To the extent that RevoMemo provides digital content or digital services before the withdrawal period expires, the User may be asked to expressly consent to the start of performance before that period expires and to acknowledge the consequences under applicable law.
- Disabling auto-renewal is not withdrawal from the agreement - it only means that the Subscription will not renew for the next period.
- Cancellation of the Pro Plan during the current billing period generally does not shorten the already paid access period unless applicable law provides otherwise.
- Refunds for a Subscription are reviewed in accordance with applicable law, the rules of the payment provider, and the circumstances of the specific case, especially in relation to complaints, payment errors, or statutory obligations.
Liability
- RevoMemo provides the Service with due care appropriate for digital services.
- RevoMemo is not liable for:
- Nothing in these Terms excludes RevoMemo's liability to the extent such exclusion would be prohibited by law.
- consequences of the User providing false data, - loss of access to the Account resulting from the User's acts or omissions, - temporary unavailability of the Service caused by force majeure, failures of external providers, or planned maintenance, - educational decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content without the User's own verification.
Personal data and contact
- The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
- The rules for using cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
- RevoMemo may be contacted through the contact form available in the Service and by e-mail at contact@revomemo.com.
Changes to the Terms
- RevoMemo may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular due to:
- A User with an Account will be informed of material changes to these Terms in advance by e-mail or through a notice in the Application.
- Changes do not affect rights acquired by the User before they enter into force unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
- changes in law, - changes to Service features, - changes to the pricing and billing model, - changes in technology providers, - security requirements.
Governing law
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, provided that for consumers this does not affect the protection granted by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
- Disputes with consumers will be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
- The User may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods if they are available under applicable provisions.
